We operate much differently from the traditional property management companies in the area. Here are just some of the ways:
- We increase cash flow significantly for ALL of our owners, even after taking management fee into account.
- We collect rents for you first and deposit the money directly in your bank account; only at the end of the month do we submit an invoice for additional expenses which is only paid upon your approval.
- We show apartments at any time — days, evenings and weekends. That way, we work around the schedules of quality prospective tenants.
- We have a database of vendors that we use regularly, but will always shop around for bids to make sure that you’re getting the best deal.
- Our marketing strategies are unrivaled. We can’t share all of our secrets but do have sample ads for you to view.
Mobile Office! The Entourage Property Management staff is always on the go. After all, we can’t improve an apartment and certainly can’t rent it if we are sitting behind a desk. No… we’re in the car ready to:
- Collect rent and deposit in owner’s account
- Meet prospective tenants at the drop of a hat
- Inspect properties and provide maintenance
- Purchase materials at the hardware store
- Unclog a toilet or stopped drain
